Phobias are among the most straightforwardly resolved issues in hypnotherapy. They form quickly, often from a single experience, and the subconscious holds onto them long after the rational mind has decided they're disproportionate.

By working at the level where the phobia is actually stored, hypnotherapy can often resolve a specific phobia in just 1–3 sessions. You don't need to relive the experience in detail. We just need to update the association.
