Using this website, and the basis on which sessions are provided.
Last updated: August 2026.
These terms cover both the use of this website and the basis on which sessions are provided. Clients also receive a fuller written Client Agreement to read and sign before the first session.
Rugby Hypnotherapy is the trading name of Adel Moin, a sole trader based in Rugby, Warwickshire. Clinical hypnotherapy training accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. Professional indemnity and public liability insurance in place. Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, reference ZC082156. Contact: hello@rugbyhypnotherapy.co.uk or 01788 486 111.
Everything here is general information. It is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal or emergency advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting an appropriately qualified professional about your own situation. Articles and service pages describe what hypnotherapy may help with; they do not promise that it will help you.
The free consultation is a conversation to understand what has been happening and decide together whether hypnotherapy is appropriate. It is an assessment, not a sales call, and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Fees are explained and agreed in the free consultation, before you decide whether to book, so we can first understand what the work actually needs. Payment is due at or before each session unless otherwise agreed.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move or cancel an appointment. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or for a missed appointment, the full fee is payable. If I need to cancel, you will be given as much notice as possible and offered the earliest alternative, at no charge.
Where we agree to work together at a distance, for example online or by telephone, or away from my practice room, for example at an event, you have a right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel that agreement within 14 days, beginning the day after it is made. You do not need to give a reason. To cancel, email hello@rugbyhypnotherapy.co.uk before the 14 days are up, and any payment for sessions not yet provided will be refunded.
If you would like sessions to begin before the 14 days are up, you need to ask me to start. If you then cancel within that period, you will be charged only for the sessions already provided.
What you share is treated as confidential, with two exceptions: where there is a serious risk to your life or safety or to someone else’s, including a child or adult at risk, and where the law requires disclosure. Wherever it is safe and practical, I will talk to you first. My work is also discussed in professional supervision, where clients are not identified by name. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Rugby Hypnotherapy does not provide urgent or out-of-hours support. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent mental health support, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. The Samaritans are free at any time on 116 123.

I take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but I cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that services are performed with reasonable care and skill, are unaffected.
Please tell me first, and most things can be resolved by talking. If you would rather not, or you are unhappy with my response, a complaint can be taken to my professional body. Complaints about how your information has been handled can go to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
