Curiosity
You’ve always wondered what it would be like, and you want to try it with someone careful.
Past-life regression uses hypnosis to explore a story or images that may feel as if they come from another time. Some people come out of curiosity or spiritual interest. Others want to explore a recurring theme through imagination and symbolism. People make sense of what comes up in different ways, and you’re free to hold your own view.
You’ve always wondered what it would be like, and you want to try it with someone careful.
A feeling or pattern in your life that you’d like to explore through imagination and symbolism.
You’d like space to explore your own beliefs with someone who respects them and keeps you grounded.
Stepping outside your usual story for a while, then reflecting on what you notice.
Some people draw on what comes up in their writing or art. That’s your choice, and it stays yours.
We start with a conversation about what you’d like to explore and check together that regression suits what you have in mind. Sometimes another approach fits better, and if I think so, I’ll tell you.
In hypnosis you sit comfortably, with your eyes open or closed as you prefer. I guide your attention and ask open questions about what you notice. You don’t have to produce images, a complete story or a particular feeling. You can speak, move, open your eyes or stop at any point, and we agree a stop signal before we start.
Regression can bring up strong feelings, so I work in a trauma-informed way: you set the pace, we agree how to pause or stop, and you choose what you want to explore.
At the end, I bring you back gently and check you feel alert and steady. We talk about what came up and what it might mean to you now. You receive an aftercare sheet, and we arrange a follow-up within one to two weeks.
If you’d like, I sometimes bring in elements of Reiki at the end of a session, always explained and agreed with you first. It’s optional. Any light touch is limited to the wrist, forearm or shoulder, with your agreement each time, and you stay fully clothed. You can choose no touch.
This is an imaginative or symbolic exercise. I don’t promise a therapeutic benefit or factual discovery. What comes up in hypnosis can mix memory, imagination and symbolism, and it can feel more certain than it really is. We explore what it means to you now. I never present a story as proof of a past life, or of anything that happened.
It can’t be used to find out what happened or to support an allegation. If a legal or safeguarding matter is involved, please tell me first.
It isn’t the right choice during a crisis, or with active psychosis or mania. If you’ve recently been through a major trauma or bereavement, we’ll talk it through carefully before deciding. Your usual medical care carries on as normal. If you’re under 18, I need your agreement and a parent or guardian’s written consent, and they stay with you throughout. Any optional light touch also needs their written permission and your agreement each time.
I’ve guided past-life regression for several years. This is how one client describes our work together.
“I began working with Adel in 2022 and have now completed seven past-life regression hypnotherapy sessions with him. Each one has given me valuable insight and had a meaningful impact on my life.
Adel is warm, professional and very attentive. He understands what I want to explore and creates an atmosphere where I feel safe and able to trust the process. My first-ever experience of hypnotherapy was with him, and I was surprised by how quickly he helped me relax and enter the experience. His guidance throughout has always been calm, careful and reassuring.
Although past-life regression has been a central part of our sessions, the work has never felt limited to simply exploring past lives. Adel has always helped me work with what comes up in a way that connects back to my present life, including my emotions, relationships and experiences. This has helped me see things from different perspectives and brought greater understanding and a sense of emotional resolution.
The sessions have also inspired my creativity. I am currently writing my autobiography, and some of the insights from our sessions have directly influenced parts of my book.
Over the years I have often shared my experience with friends, and five of them have since chosen to work with Adel too.
I trust Adel, appreciate the way he works, and would highly recommend him to anyone who feels drawn to explore this kind of work. Thank you!”
No. People make sense of it in different ways: as memory, imagination, symbolism or something spiritual. You’re free to hold your own view, and I won’t try to change it. The experience can’t establish that a past life was real.
That’s fine, and it happens. You don’t have to produce images or a story. We work with whatever you notice, and if regression doesn’t suit you, we can discuss other approaches.
Yes. You can bring a theme or question you’d like to explore. We discuss whether imaginative exploration fits what you want. If you’re seeking help with a health problem, we consider appropriate support separately. I don’t promise a therapeutic benefit from past-life regression.
Yes, by video call while you’re physically in the UK, if it suits you and your space is private and comfortable. We check that together first and agree what to do if the connection drops.
It varies. You can book a single session out of curiosity, or discuss coming back to explore further. We review after each session. Past-life regression is booked separately from the six-session programme.
