What happens when you try to switch off?
You’ve finished for the day, but you’re still replaying a conversation, checking a decision or thinking about tomorrow. These questions give you a way to look at what happens and what you’d like to be different.
Think of a recent week
Use the past week, or a recent week that was more typical. Choose whatever fits. You can go back, change your choices or skip a question.
At the end, you’ll see your answers together with a few questions to consider.
What are these questions based on?
I wrote these questions to ask about everyday situations: what happened, what you did next, the demands on you and what you’d like to change. They haven’t been tested as a psychological assessment. There are no profile types or treatment recommendations.
The sources below offer information about worry, problem-solving and working conditions. They don’t establish the accuracy or effectiveness of this questionnaire.
